Welcome to the Female Founders Leadership & Business Growth Program

The Pine Rivers Chamber is proud to launch a transformational new initiative designed specifically for women who are ready to lead with confidence, elevate their business, and step boldly into their next level.

The WIB Female Founders Leadership & Business Growth Program is a 9-month hybrid program that blends leadership development, mindset evolution, strategic business planning, mentoring, and community connection.

Thanks to grant funding, this program offers unmatched support for new and emerging women in business within the Moreton Bay region — empowering them to grow sustainably, gain clarity, and strengthen their leadership identity.

This program represents the next evolution of our much-loved Women in Business Roundtable series.

Why This Program?

Over the past four years, the Women in Business Roundtable has supported more than 50 women across Moreton Bay.

Again and again, we heard the same things:

➡️ “I feel lost and don’t know who to ask for help.”

➡️ “Am I eligible for funding?”

➡️ “I’m not sure how to market my business properly.”

➡️ “I need guidance, but I don’t know who to turn to.”

This program fills that gap.

It moves women from information to implementation, and from connection to growth with guidance.
